For Delivery in India

  1. Same day delivery orders can be accepted till 5 pm IST on the date of delivery.
  2. Products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities/Towns
  3. We deliver all 365 days of the year (including Sundays and public holidays)
  4. We guarantee on date delivery but do not commit any fix time for delivery. Deliveries will be made between 7 am to 8 pm IST on the given date. However, we do try our best to fulfill your delivery instructions
  5. We believe in providing our customer the best quality. To maintain the freshness, flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and are always hand delivered
  6. Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible. Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases:
    • Recipient not available
    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
    • Recipient refused the products.
    • Premises locked.
    • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
  7. The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
  8. Images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown, designs may vary & are subject to availability of flowers / consumables on any particular day. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.
  9. Freshly baked cakes are available only after 10:30am IST. Please do not insist on early morning cake delivery. We do not deliver earlier days cakes unless insisted by the customer
  10. Courier items: Courier orders would be delivered all over India within 3-4 working days through Blue Dart or Vichare Couriers.
  11. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  12. On special occasions like Valentines’ Day, the given prices are not applicable. Please check with our shop for special prices, products availability and advance order restrictions.
  13. Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown separately due to technical restrictions and are taken to be understood.
  14. No change in instructions can be entertained on the date of delivery unless acknowledged and confirmed in writing by our customer support team.
  15. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day (before 4 pm.) prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at petalfresh18@gmail.com . Cancellation charge of INR 100 per order will apply.
  16. In case of outsourced gift items, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
  17. We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order.
  18. Petalfresh follows a policy of free re-delivery in case of any genuine complaint raised by the buyer. Genuine cases include delivery at wrong address or date, and/or delivery of stale perishable items.
  19. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible /delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description and price shall be delivered.

For International Delivery

Additional Terms & Conditions for International Deliveries :

  1. Orders should be placed 48hrs prior to the delivery date. For same day deliveries, please contact us for possibilities
  2. No delivery is possible on Sunday's and Holidays
  3. For Countries like UAE, no delivery is possible on Friday.
  4. Correct ZIP Code and phone number of the recipient is a must.
  5. On special occasions like Valentines’ Day, the given prices are not applicable. Please check with our shop for special prices, products availability and advance order restrictions.

General Disclaimers

  1. Petalfresh retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
  2. If Petalfresh is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
  3. Petalfresh reserves the right to change the price or withdraw any product at any point of time at its own discretion without any notice.
  4. Petalfresh has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the website. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, Petalfresh is not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided/not provided in the website.
  5. In case of any confusion about the delivery address or in case our delivery boy is unable to locate the address, we reserve the right to call the recipient at the given phone number.
  6. All rights are reserved. No portion of this website may be reproduced in any form without the written consent of Petalfresh
  7. Gentility of information & interest of making payments :
    1. The customer promises that the information provided to Petalfresh is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
    2. The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Petalfresh and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them. Petalfresh may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.

Privacy Policy

  1. How do we handle my contact information which I enter during the purchasing process?
    All customer's contact information, choice of bouquets, and delivery date entered at the Delivery Information Form during the purchasing process are stored in our secured merchant server database. All the printouts for record purpose are securely kept.
  2. For what purpose will my contact information be used?
    Customer's contact information will be used for the following purposes :
    1. Market Analysis Such information as customer's choice of flowers/gifts, country of the senders and the recipients, are used to identify markets that need our services. The information and the result of analysis are solely meant for internal use and will be kept confidentially.
    2. Channel for Communicating Purchase and Delivery Status Sender's email will be used as a channel for communicating purchase status (e.g. confirmation of purchase by forwarding the receipt to the customer) and delivery status (e.g. update customer if the order has been fulfilled).
    3. Products and Services Update Sender and recipient's email addresses will be used for forwarding new products and services updates.
    4. Festival and Other Promotions: Sender and recipient's email addresses will be used for Festival and Other Promotions.
  3. Do we collect and store my credit card information?
    No. We do not collect and store your credit card information. We do not get any idea of Credit Card number. During the purchasing process, you will enter your credit card information directly into the form posted by the credit card payment gateway. Hence, all your credit card information will be collected and secured by the credit card payment gateway directly in most secured way.

Refund Policy

  1. Under what circumstances when refund is possible?
    Refund is possible under the following circumstances :
    1. Order is cancelled upon request.

      The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows
      Amount Refunded Conditions
      100% When credit card has not been charged and flowers/gifts have not been ordered from our supplier.
      90% When credit card has been charged and flowers have not been ordered from our supplier.
      30% After flowers/gifts have been ordered from our supplier.
      0% After the flower/gift leaves our shop/office.
    2. Recipient not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered. If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to un-fresh flowers or dissatisfied due to quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be given 100% refund, provided that the recipient refuses to accept the Flowers/Gifts and returns the same instantly at the address stated on the Delivery Order with intact condition and customer writes to us a mail about the reason of dissatisfaction. Please state the Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the Email Form. This feedback will be used to help us to improve our customer service.
    3. Unavailability of flower/gift types or colors If the customer has ordered the flower/gift types or colors that are not available (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at that particular moment and cannot be fulfilled within the specified time, the customer will be informed and will be given 100% refund.
    4. Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage
      In case any area is out of our specified city list or in case any area is not accessible for any reason beyond our control.
  2. How is the refund procedure being carried out?
    Refund will be carried out within three days once one of the above mentioned criteria is met. Once the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification via email. Safe keep this refund notification for checking against your monthly credit card bill.
